Orders can be placed any day of the week.
We are an online store and do not have a physical address.( Except for collecion)
Snakes cannot be held or reserved without a non-refundable deposit of 50%.
The buyer is responsible for arranging and paying for the shipping of their snake.
We do not ship livestock ourselves, and instead use pet couriers.
Our preferred pet couriers are:

Once proof of payment has been received and your account has been credited, your order will be processed for collection or shipment.
